Lebanon, Israel Ceasefire Agreed

BREAKING: Nearly 14 months after Hezbollah launched a war against Israel that has devastated Lebanon, Lebanon, and Israel have agreed to a ceasefire deal. Under the agreement, the Lebanese government and army will force Hezbollah to disarm and prevent attacks against Israel, and Israel will stop its strikes in Lebanese territory and withdraw its troops. The Lebanese government failed to enforce the terms of the last ceasefire with Israel and instead allowed Hezbollah to build up a massive arsenal while exploiting Lebanese civilians as human shields. For the sake of the people of Israel and Lebanon, I hope this time will be different. More to come
